Recognizing the cost of time overruns, NTPC adopted Integrated Project Management Systems for all its projects and has successfully commissioned its projects (own) as well as of the clients ahead of schedules.

Services covered under Project Management include the following:

  • Establishing Integrated Project Management & Control System
  • Preparation and Review of Master Network for the project
  • Review of Network for Procurement and Site Activities
  • Review of adequacy of resources and indirect-direct cost tradeoffs
  • Project Monitoring using PERT and Primavera Tools
