The Team “Abhyuday” from NTPC Vindhyachal comprising Shri Harshit Pratap, Deputy Manager (Mech Maint- Turbine), Shri Nikhil Gupta, Deputy Manager (Fuel Handling), Shri Akshansh Chourasia, Deputy Manager (Mech Maint- Boiler), and Shri Dharmendrasingh Shailendrasingh Sisodiya, Engineer (Operation), emerged as the Winners of the GMC India National Finals - 2022 edition conducted between 14th March, 2023 -16th March, 2023, which was hosted by the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad. This was the 3rd edition of Global Management Challenge in India, participated by more than 1200 Teams. As per the Competition Format, the winner of GMC India - National Finals 2022, will go on to represent Team India at GMC International Finals, and compete with best managerial talent worldwide for the World Title. The second position and third position in the Competition were also secured by NTPC Teams.
