NTPC Limited has made it to this prestigious listing- The Economic Times Future Ready Organisations 2024-2025. The Award was conferred upon NTPC at the ET HR World Future Forward India 2024 Conference held at “The Sahara Star, Mumbai” on 23rd May, 2024. On behalf of NTPC, the Award was received by Shri Prem Chand, GM (HR), COE-HR along with Shri Chandramauli S Jangbahadur, GM(HR), COE-Strategic HR & Talent Management.
NTPC’s application passed 2 rigorous rounds of evaluation and finally made it to the final list. The eminent Jury Panel was impressed with NTPC’s clarity of purpose and future orientation reflected by its Vision along with the initiatives taken towards making its human capital future-ready, building a healthy leadership pipeline, adopting a data centric and technology driven approach as well as the initiatives taken on the ESG and CSR front.
