NTPC was awarded overall Runners Trophy in the Conclave with IOCL winning the Champions Trophy for the year 2018. More than 60 organizations (both Private and Public) participated in the awards in various categories.
NTPC Corporate Centre, Regions and Projects were major attraction in 13th Public Relations Conclave held on 15th to 16th February, 2019 at Jaipur. Shri Ramcharan Bora, MP, Lok Sabha, Jaipur presented the award to NTPC. In addition to that NTPC projects received.5-Gold awards, 4-silver, 2-Bronze, 2-appreciation, 1-crystal awards and 1-Runner Up in various categories. Shri A.N.Verma, ED (HR), NTPC Limited, was conferred the prestigious Business Communication & HR Excellence Award at the 13th Global Communication Conclave of Public Relations Council of India (PRCI) at Jaipur on 15th February, 2019.The Chanakya Award was presented by Shri Sunil Arora, the Chief Election Commissioner (CEC) of India in recognition of his immense contribution towards building brand NTPC.
