NTPC Lara, Simhadri and Kudgi have been conferred with Platinum Award under Environmental Excellence category at APEX India -Green Leaf Award ceremony held at Goa on 11th April 2023. Shri Sanjay Kumar Sinha, GGM (Simhadri), Shri V K Pandey, CGM-Kudgi , Shri S K Roy, GM, Operation (Lara) received the award on behalf of respective stations. The award was presented by Ms. Poonam Dhillon, Actress & Politician and Major General (Retd.) P K Saighal (Defense Expert of India & TEDx Speaker).
