NTPC was recognized as the Overall Winner for HRM practices contributing to the Greater Good at the inaugural edition of the “HR for the Greater Good Conclave” organised by XLRI, Jamshedpur on 26th-27th August 2024.
The award was received by Ms Rachana Singh Bhal, CGM (Strategic HR & Talent Management) and Head (PMI), Shri Chandramauli S Jangbahadur, GM (HR) and Shri Promod Kumar Sahu, AGM (CSR).
The conclave aimed at exploring how HR practices can contribute to organizational sustainability and CSR goals, enhancing both socio-economic and ecological impact.
