New Delhi, December 22, 2023: NTPC Ltd., India’s largest Integrated Power Utility, has received Gold Award for Annual Report at the Corporate Governance Disclosures Competition 2022 organised by South Asian Federation of Accountants (SAFA).
New Delhi, December 21, 2023: NTPC’s Dulanga Coal Mining Project in Odisha and Talaipalli Coal Mining Project in Chhattisgarh have received Star Rating Awards under the category of Opencast mines at the Annual Star Rating of Coal Mines Awards of Ministry of Coal.
This achievement reflects their commitment towards best mining practices and environmental standards to promote sustainable mining.
NTPC Group achieved fastest ever 300 Billion Units (BU) generation on 18th December 2023 in FY 2023-24. This milestone is achieved in just 262 days, which is 18 days early as compared to the last financial year. In FY 2022-23, the company had crossed 300 BU generation on 5th January 2023. On a standalone basis, 256 BU generation has been recorded from NTPC stations in FY 2023-24.
This accomplishment reinforces NTPC's commitment to delivering reliable and affordable power to the Nation.

NOIDA, December 07, 2023: The eagerly awaited NTPC Electron Quiz 2023 culminated in a spectacular finale held today at the Power Management Institute (PMI), NTPC in Noida.The finale brought together the brightest minds from six prestigious management and engineering institutions: Osmania University, IIM Bodh Gaya, IIM Ahmedabad, IIM Indore, FMS Delhi and IIM Kolkata.
NTPC Ltd. paid the First Interim dividend of Rs. 2,182 crore on 23rd November 2023 for the financial year 2023-24, being 22.50% of the paid-up equity share capital of the Company.
This is the 31st consecutive year that NTPC Ltd. has paid dividend.
