NTPC was adjudged among the Top-3 Organizations in the “Performance Management Category” of the prestigious NHRDN People First ACE Awards 2022.
NTPC was the only PSU to secure the Top-3 position in the Award. These awards recognize and reward emerging best practices in the human capital space. Based on NHRDN HRSCAPE – globally recognised HR Competency Assessment and Development Framework, the Awards aims to identify the next wave of practices evolved and implemented by Organisations which are HR pacesetters at the national level.
