NTPC was the proud recipient of 4 Awards at the prestigious "SHRM HR Excellence Awards 2023" in a glittering function held at Taj Palace, New Delhi, on 12th October, 2023
The Awards were received for the following categories:
Open Category: Excellence in Developing Leaders of Tomorrow – 1st Runner Up
Open Category: Excellence in Learning & Development – Joint 1st Runner Up
PSU Category : Excellence in Health and Wellness Initiatives - Winner
PSU Category : Excellence in Community Impact – Joint Winner
Shri D. K. Patel, Director (HR), along with other senior officials received the Award on behalf of NTPC.
The Awards were won by NTPC after a rigorous two-stage evaluation process involving a Primary Jury Evaluation of the Application Document, followed by Final Jury Evaluation wherein NTPC Team made a Presentation before the Jury. NTPC won the maximum number of 4 Awards at the SHRM Awards.
