TReDS Disclosure Notice: Pursuant to Government of India/MSME Ministry directions regarding settlement of MSME invoices through TReDS vide Gazette notification S. O. No. 3507(E) dated 30.06.2026, NTPC may share necessary Micro, Small & medium Enterprises information including contact details, GSTIN, PAN, invoice and payment-related details including account number, with RBI-authorized TReDS platforms and associated entities for invoice settlement. By continuing to transact with NTPC and using the payment Portal, vendors acknowledge and agree to such sharing in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
