NTPC was recognised for excellence in CSR for contribution to community development through their CSR initiatives at the Indian CSR, One Decade of CSR Celebration by Shri Ramesh Bai, Governor of Maharashtra, Shri Kailash Satyarthi, Noble Peace Laureate and Dr Huzaifa Khirakiwala, Chairman, Indian CSR, One Decade Celebration. The award was received by Ms Vandana Chaturvedi, Regional Head HR- WR1 and Ms Tanya Saini, CSR Executive on behalf of NTPC. The award is a testimony to the fact that NTPC is not only powering the nation, but also empowering communities around it with sustainable growth.
