NTPC secured three awards at the ET HR World Future Skills Awards 2026 held at Mumbai on 10 June 2026, reaffirming its leadership in building a progressive and future-focused people ecosystem.
The honours were conferred in the following categories:
Gold: Best Use of Games or Simulations in L&D
Silver: Best Learning Culture in an Organisation – Large Scale Enterprises
Jury Special Mention: Best Coaching and Mentoring Programme
