NTPC Limited has been recognised by 'ET Edge – A Times Group Initiative' as one of the 'Best Organisations to Work 2026'. The honour was bestowed on NTPC at the 2nd edition of the 'ET Now Best Organisations to Work' event, held in Mumbai on 26th June 2026, and was received by Shri C Kumar, ED (HR), and Shri Peeyush Arya, GM (HR-Tech).
The recognition acknowledges NTPC’s 'People before PLF (Plant Load Factor)' approach and its excellence in human resource development through continuous process improvement.
