In a study carried out by Great Place to Work and The Economic Times ,NTPC was adjudged as the Best Company to work for 2015 in the Public Sector category. It was also rated as the best company to work in Energy, Oil and Gas Industry. The award was presented by Shri Raj Jain, CEO, Bennett Coleman & Co Ltd at a function held at Mumbai on 10th July 2015. It may be mentioned that NTPC is overall ranked at 29th among 700 organizations across 20 industries who participated in the assessment of the study- “India’s Best Companies to Work for 2015”.
