NTPC Green Energy Limited (NGEL), a wholly-owned subsidiary of NTPC, and ONGC have signed an MoU today to realise the development of renewable energy and offshore wind power in line with GOI’s commitments on Energy Transition.

The MoU was signed by Shri Mohit Bhargava, CEO, NGEL and Shri Deb Adhikari ED- JV and BD, ONGC in the presence of Shri Gurdeep Singh, CMD, NTPC and Shri Arun Kumar Singh, Chairman and CEO, ONGC.

An MoU was signed today between NTPC Green Energy Limited (NGEL), a wholly-owned subsidiary of India’s leading integrated power producer NTPC Limited, and Syama Prasad Mookerjee Port, an autonomous body under the Ministry of Ports, Shipping & Waterways, for development of Green Hydrogen Hub at Kolkata.

The MoU was signed by Shri Bimal Gopalachari, AGM (NGEL) and Shri Amit Kumar Kar, CME (SMPK) in the presence of Shri Mohit Bhargava, CEO (NGEL) and other senior officials of NTPC and SMPK.

NTPC Ltd., India's leading power generation company, has announced the payment of its Final Dividend for the financial year 2022-23. This Final Dividend payment of Rs 2908.99 crore constitutes 30.00% of the paid-up equity share capital of NTPC Ltd.

The total dividend disbursed for FY 2022-23 stands at an impressive Rs. 7,030.08 crore, being 41% of the Profit After Tax (PAT) for the financial year.

This marks the 30th consecutive year in which the company has distributed dividends, underscoring its dedication to providing consistent returns to its investors.

New Delhi, 11th Sept 2023 : NTPC Green Energy Limited (NGEL), a wholly-owned subsidiary of India’s leading integrated power producer NTPC Limited, and Nayara Energy, a new-age international downstream Energy Company of International scale, have entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) today to explore opportunities in the Green Hydrogen and Green Energy space.

New Delhi, Sept 8th, 2023: India's leading integrated power producer, NTPC’s Group installed capacity has reached 73824 MW. This achievement comes in the backdrop of the completion of trial operation of 1st Unit of 800 MW at Telangana Super Thermal Power Project on 5th Sept 2023.

This accomplishment reinforces NTPC's commitment to delivering reliable and affordable power to the Nation.

With this, the installed capacity of NTPC Limited and NTPC Group has become 57838 MW and 73824 MW respectively.

New Delhi, 8th Sept 2023 : NTPC Green Energy Limited (NGEL), a wholly-owned subsidiary of NTPC Limited, has signed an MoU with V.O Chidambaranar Port Authority (VOCPA) on 8th Sept 2023 for development of Green Hydrogen Hub at VOCPA, Tuticorin in Tamil Nadu.

The MoU was signed by Shri V V Sivakumar, GM (NGEL) and Shri V Suresh Babu, CME (VOCPA) in the presence of Shri Bimal Kumar Jha, Dy. Chairman and Chairman (I/c) (VOCPA) and other senior officials.
