The results of the Economic Times Human Capital Awards 2023 were announced on
22nd February 2024 at the ETHRWorld Nextech HR Summit India held at Gurugram.
NTPC won the coveted Gold Award for “Excellence in Reward & Recognition programs”.
The Economic Times Human Capital Awards have been meticulously conceptualized and created to recognize organizations that put people first, deliver future-focused excellence in the field of People Management, and understand the importance of human capital as a key contributor to business outcomes.
All nominated entries were reviewed by an eminent jury composed of Industry leaders and Academicians. The finalists under each category made a presentation to determine the winners and runners-up. To make the entire process more credible, Ernst & Young were appointed as the “Official Tabulators” for the event.
The Award is a reflection of the NTPC’s “People before PLF (Plant Load Factor)” approach and progressive HR policies and people practices which contribute towards the actualization of the organizational vision and creating positive organizational outcomes and enhanced employee engagement.
