RFP for rupees term loan upto Rs.3000.00 Crore by NTPC Mining Limited
1. RfP for rupees term loan upto Rs.3000.00 Crore(Including green shoe option of Rs.2000.00 Crore) by NTPC Liming Limited(NML) along with following Annexures:
Annexure-I- Details of NML Coal Mines
Annexure-II Term Sheet containing main term condition of the loan
Annexure-III- Draft Loan Agreement
Annexure-IV- NDU Format
Annexure-V- Bid Submission Format.
2. Time line for submission of bid as mentioned in the RfP is reproduced below for ready reference:
